Key vault option missing

Hello,I’m following the “Advanced Setup” for Verified ID: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/verified-id/verifiable-credentials-configure-tenantand I’m missing the “key vault” selection in my tenant. “Organization Settings” do not have a “Key Vault” setting, at all. Am I missing something here? User is able to get a verified id through his account page.
